Why not changing?

A lot of people get really excited when they read quotations like: You must take personal responsibility. You cannot change the circumstances, the seasons, or the wind, but you can change yourself. That is something you have charge of.  (Jim Rohn).
They think "wow" - how true. But they never change.... What is the reason? I think, we are all living in our zone of comfort. Even this zone of comfort is not the way how we really want to live, but it is familiar for us.
We know how to act, we know how people react on actions we do and we know the results of what we get. 
If you really change your behavior or attitude you will come into new situations and it is a challenge to handle them in a new way, when you start living your life with a new philosophy.
Thats what people really fear, when they are thinking of changing something fundamentally.
--Are you earning the money you really expect? Do you have time for yourself and your family, your friends and your hobbies? Does everything running well? If yes, great - you got it. If no, the time will come, where you will think about it what and how to change - thats for sure. The only thing you need is the motivation and power to really do it.

What does this means to the topic of sales? If you always doing the same, it would be ridiculous to expect other (better) results! And we all know, what we say in words is just 20% of the message we are transporting. The other 80% are what we really thinking about what we said and who we are. Thats the secret! If you are convinced about your services or product you are offering, without any doubts, you will convince other people easily.
So what: Should you work to get better in the 20% or should you think about to work on the 80%, of what you think, about your personal philosophy of life and your convictions?
